If I have more clarity about what's happening inside me, I have more sensitivity to what may be happening for another and am able to engage from that softer place.

Reacting vs. responding as we would choose
What drives our reactions?
We will be looking at how habits, conditioning, trauma, fear, etc. contribute to our reactions.
What causes me to shut down?
Slowing down to see what's there vs. labeling things as wrong, rejecting parts of ourselves or shutting ourselves down.
